Do these headphones leak noise? Working in a shared environment and want to listen to loud music without bothering anyone else

At the age of 53, I'm beginning to get tinnitus from listening to music too loudly. That is one reason I got ANC headphones so that I can enjoy the music at lower volumes. Since my volume is lower, it doesn't "leak". They do have "pleather" cups, so they seal fairly decently, but I also wear glasses, so there is a little leak at the temples, but my wife can't hear what I'm listening, even in bed.

do these come with a cord to play with an MP3 with no bluetooth?

Yes it has the option to plug in a 3.5mm aux cord.

What causes these to constantly disconnect?

Mine will only disconnect when I walk too far out of range, which is about 100 ft from TV source. I dont know about other circumstances.
