New make, softer then old ones
Updating again -The pillow is now giving me neckpaim as the support went after about 3 weeks and I had to chuck it away as it was of no use anymore. If you want a soft pillow with contour, then this a cheap OK buy. Still miss the old ones. Guess I gotta go back to expensive Tempur pillows again.29/3/18 -After further inspections after putting the pillow away for nearly a week, without use, and it’s started to get a lot more firm, being out of the pack. Though less firm then the old one by a bit, I’m still bumping the pillows in general up to 5 stars.26/3/18 -I have had two of these pillows, and they have been altered recently to be very soft compared to the old ones that were hard as a brick, which would probably be preferred by many. I fall to far down into the memory foam now and woke up in the night with a very sore neck, and hurting dentures since the neck and jaw was so oddly positioned. So since they have had 2 different ones, I'll give the old pillow a 5 star as it was the best pillow I have ever used, even out besting the Tempur pillows I used before, for the fraction of the price (£15 Vs £129$ and postage), and the fact they kept it's firmness for a couple of months, now it's starting to become a little softer. The new one however, didn't satisfy me at all, as stated earlier, and is way to soft to even have functional memory foam, as my head rests on the mattress rather then on the pillow, as it sinks all the way down. Which is why I would land on a 2 star review all in all, but due to good customer service and actually replying about info when I asked them, I'll bump it up to 3.

Great quality at a great price!
The review below was written just over a week after purchasing the pillow, so I wanted to add an update...I've now owned this pillow about 2 years & it's still perfect. It hasn't lost any of its bounce! My dad has the same one & neither of us can live without it!I purchased this pillow because with standard pillows I wake up with a painful, numb ear at least once a week! This is by far, the best pillow I've tried & I've tried a lot. :''] I love that it supports my neck & that it's SOFT. Not like most memory foam pillows that feel like I'm sleeping on a brick! In fact, I decided upon this particular memory foam neck pillow because I read a review from someone who said they would have preferred the pillow to be a bit firmer!!!! I knew then it was the one for me! :DSince buying this pillow I've bought another one, this time for my elderly father who has arthritis in his neck & has never had a neck/side sleepers pillow before & although he found the pillow to be a bit firm the first night, now he finds it very comfortable.(It might feel firm at first if you are used to standard soft feather or polyester pillows, but it's not as firm as most memory foam ones, so that's something to think about if you are trying to figure out if this pillow is right for you.)FOUR quick bits of info....*1, Plus point; It doesn't have a strong memory foam smell to it. Thank goodness for that!*2,The pillow is slightly smaller than a standard pillow, but I don't mind that at all, in fact, I like it!*3, I've slept on it for the last 8 nights, not long I know, but it's still bounced back into the perfect shape. The reason I've added final comment is because I read that someone had purchased a different memory foam pillow & it was like a hard, flat piece of plastic after only using it for a short amount of time. So far, it's perfect!!!!

Small, compact and soft
I suffer from neck pain and bought this pillow to try and help ease the pain when I lie down. I do still have the pain as it's early days yet, but it's fairly comfortable and I'm hoping the that with time the pain will ease. The size is also just right. I've bought similar type of product in the past, and it was quite bulky and too deep

The first night the thing was sworn at, thrown out of bed and replaced with my original pillow
I decided to try one of these pillows as I'd been suffering with horrible neck ache for weeks, I believe caused by TMJ and intermittent back problems. I was at my wits end. My first impression was how hard it is compared to a regular pillow, (like a breeze block covered in fabric) - however the results were as follows:The first night the thing was sworn at, thrown out of bed and replaced with my original pillow. The second night I sat on it for half an hour before bed to 'soften it up'. I managed to sleep with it and woke up with a REALLY sore neck. I presumed it was my body adjusting to the new position and stuck with it.By the end of the first week I was sleeping like a baby and there were no more groaning noises getting out of bed from body aches. Now I can sleep with the pillow with no problems and unless I manage to get myself into a really bizarre sleeping position - no more neck pain!I'd definitely recommend giving this a try when it's not too important if your sleep isn't great because it does take some getting used to but I found the perseverance to be worth it in my case and compared to other brands the price is very reasonable too.

Helped hugely for migraines and neck pain
I suffer with fairly severe migraines and have been searching for ways to make them less frequent and less intense. A big part of them is neck pain so I’m constantly doing research of how to combat that and came across the idea of using mounded/contour memory foam pillows to support your head and neck, so I looked into the best ones and decided to give this one a try from the reviews. I wanted one which would be firm enough to support my head well, especially during an attack, as I often found regular pillows were much to soft and didn’t give me enough support. This one sounded like a good option and I wasn’t disappointed. Its the perfect firmness for day to day (or night to night) use, gives plenty of support but still has some give as you’d expect from memory foam. The shape is perfect for keeping my spine in line and I do think it’s helped greatly with my migraines and neck pain.
