Not Flour but fine semolina
I used the internet hoping to find semolina, or durum wheat, flour. Unfortunately, the grain of this semolina is not fine as flour, it is as coarse (or "fine") as any fine semolina one can buy readily at supermarkets.My poor grading does not reflect the quality of the product.

Great for pizzas
I use this when I make my pizza dough and it brings a lovely flavour and texture to the dough. Love that it is organic too. Only one thing is that the flour leaks out of the packaging so need to store it in a plastic bag.
