Really good product, it helped with me back pain, it immobilized the back just enough for the pain to be less, the heating and massaging elements are worth it, loved the product until it suddenly stopped working. I was wearing the belt and using both heat and massage just like many other times when all of the sudden it stopped working, at first I thought the battery was dead but I had just recharged it the night before and the charge meter was full, the return warranty is 30 days and this happened on the 36th day, fortunately, I was able to return it.

I am very athletic, so I do not often need lumbar support or massage. But sometimes, a pulled muscle makes such a device a good alternative to medication and doctor visits. I bought this on January 29th. After pumping air into it, it started deflating immediately on March 31st of the same year.

Purchased Sep 26, 2023. I had another "lift" belt that the VA bought for me before these became available directly to the public. I was interested in the "massage" feature on this. It never had the lift of my prescribed unit, and the "massage" is simply vibration, but it was something and I enjoyed it. But, as of today, that has failed. :( October 22: company contacted me and asked me to contact their service department. As the item was out of warranty, I had no thought of making any claim, but they persisted and after I did make contact, without my further comment, they sent me a replacement. got it today and it works fine. This was unnecessary and unexpected, but I do appreciate it- cause I really do love the massage! :)

Highly recommend this product and the customer service. I had a problem with the motor not massaging my back, they ask me to take a short video of it not working as proof. The next day they sent out a replacement ,got it in 3 days. Love it.

I have lower back pain coming from Multilevel lumbar spondylosis and have already a few Back Braces to help with my posture and pain. I have degenerating discs that gives me days with little or much discomfort. I saw this Decompression Belt and I don't know why, I was under the impression it would pull my back/discs a tiny bit up/stretch??? etc to feel a lil bit relieve. So far I can't tell a difference. I already have one belt that heats and one that vibrates to give me comfort, I thought this would be different. To me it is just an expensive Back-brace so far. Also walking around with it is no problem, but when I bend down to pick something up the Velcrow popped open, that was annoying for the first day wearing already. The Vibrating motor is quit loud and I don't think you could wear that in public or during TV time, if you wanted it to wear longer time for relieve, its also a bit bulky. The difference between my other back brace is that this one is plastic that can be blown up and the other one is stretch material and much lesser in cost and you can wear it under cloth and hide it. I will see if I wear it a few days if it brings me relieve in my backpain or I have to send it back for a refund. So far no change is noticed in pain relieve or comfort

OK, so like most people I hardly ever bother with writing a review. however, so impressed by this piece of kit I felt the need to share. I have suffered from lower back pain and debilitating spasms on and off for over 20 years, - seen countless chiropractors, wholistic healers, have a cupboard full of various support belts, and another cupboard full of painkillers. I even had MRI scan and X-rays, which did not identify a specific problem. During latest episode I decided to try this decompression belt which made an immediate difference - the theory is that the bottom of the belt sits on the pelvis and the top fits under the ribs - you then inflate the belt which increases its width, essentially stretching the bottom vertebra - taking the weight off them & allowing whatever the problem is to heal up as you are not putting pressure on it by moving around. Obviously Im not a doctor and may not be suitable for all back conditions but it worked a treat for my lower back pain. The heating function is good with 3 settings, vibration / massage is nice (not sure how beneficial it is but feels good) - It does however make quite a noise but will probably be used around the home anyway, so don't let this put you off.
