Fantastic map of the world. Take your time when piecing it together, we used a level to make sure it looked its best when finished. The pieces are very well made and the colours are great together on the wall. All in all a beautiful piece of art. Everyone loves finding where they’ve been around the world. Makes for a great talking point. Well worth the money.

It looks amazing, took longer than the 2 hours they state and that is due to how difficult it is to get the backing off the tape

This exceeded my expectations....however I've knocked a star off because the double sided tape that comes with it is woefully inadequate! Buy an extra roll off Amazon before you start, and some wide double sided tape for the large pieces will save you loads of time too. I also used glue for some of the tinier pieces, the tape is too wide and fiddly to cut down. My top tips - Take your time Measure the 'frame' carefully and mark it on the wall very lightly in pencil Start with the top outer corners (you get templates for these 2 pieces) and work your way inwards and then downwards. Save the tiny islands until last Don't press the pieces firmly in to place until you've stepped back to make sure they're straight....you can then adjust them if need be without taking the paint off the wall Enjoy! I love gazing at this, it really does look very impressive! (I bought the Large size in Coffee) Worth every penny

Fantastic item. Is a talking point for everyone who walks into the room. Went up really easy and not to long to do.

Others have said it, but even i thought "how bad can it be??", well, let me tell you... the double sided sticky they give you is a non starter, it's nearly impossible to peel it and will easily 5x the amount of time to put it up plus probabably make you swear at your partner, kids and dog in frustration. I got some different double sided sticky tape and it went up In about 2 hours, stress free. But the tape situation does not take away from how happy I am with the end result, it looks amazing and is well worth the 2 hours I spent putting it up.

We have been very excited to receive our wooden world map and to the most it hasn’t disappointed. Beautifully made and very interesting to look at. Damaged! Unfortunately we began fitting the pieces to the wall and found a couple of damaged pieces. By the time we found the damaged pieces we were in to far to rip them down and send the whole thing back for replacement We found the C on our Atlantic Ocean is snapped and damage to the corner of Russia. TOP TIP - check ALL parts for damage before you commence affixing to your wall. We were going to reach out to the company for a replacement of the individual pieces but the seller is not contactable. Amazon can only exchange the entire kit. Our 3 star review is only because we now look at damaged items everyday and does not represent the 5 stars we would have given. This is a lovely product and looks incredible within our Home Office

Overall, I'm very happy with the quality and the modern, stylish design. However, there's a serious problem with the assembly/use: the smaller, delicate components are very hard to detach from the surrounding frame. You have to apply so much force that could snap or break before you can successfully take them out.

Great product, especially for the price. Easy to install but it does take time. A few minor issues that are easily solved. The double sided tape that comes with the map isn’t long enough and is hard to use, so for a few Euro I used a different tape with great results. Also the geographic position (on the enclosed template) of a couple of land masses (Indonesia and Pieces 22 & 24) in southeast Asia were incorrect, compared to Google Earth. Suggestion; it would be nice to have the Equator included!
