No! Don't buy it! The pen arrived in a broken ordinary plastic box, which was also broken as someone obviously has a look at my pen, or it's a return pen.A total disappointment from AMAZON as it this a gift and in the presentation photos the item is shown in a nice cardboard luxury box!

How do you put the refill in?

Just pull the top and bottom apart gently. This will reveal the refill. Unscrew the old one, turning the black tip. Extract, fit refill and screw in. Push top and bottom back together.

Is this suitable to get engraved?

Very suitable. The product is made from Brass. Certain engravers will go down to the Brass metal and it will show a goldish tone. Others will just take the top layer off (laser engraving) and the text will appear into the Chrome.
