This set of two RGB color lights is great. Know that the connection is USB A, not USB C (used for most phone chargers), and, if you want to use the two lights at the same time, you may need a double USB A port plug adapter and an outlet extension chord, if you have one. Also, in the product photo the tripod legs look much larger and sturdier than you'll see them when the tripod is extended to its full height. Nevertheless, the tripod is sturdy enough for the lightweight rectangular lights it holds. It's great fun to play with different color lights on each side for dynamic, dramatic photography. It also comes with pre-programed light changes for live performances, and a dimmer for the regular white light settings. If you have a mobile phone screw-in holder, you can screw it on the top of the rectangular lights. You do need to have some extras of your own (connection & accessories) for the best experience, and maybe that is not specified right up front in the product description, but the product does what is advertised, especially for that price, and it's fun to use.

I bought these for my small video studio. They work well! The set comes with two tripods that go up to just over four feet high, and include a removable ball mount so the lights can be adjusted to any desired position. Without the tripods, the lights can also be mounted anywhere using the ball mounts and standard 1/4-inch tripod threaded screws, such as from walls or ceiling beams. So far I'm only using the white light on the warmest setting. I really like the different brightness levels. From dimmest to brightest, each setting can really make a difference on exposure. With some testing, you can get the perfect light balance, especially when using other lights with this set. The light panels have a slotted groove in the front that looks designed for slide-in filters, but the set doesn't include any and there's no mention of this feature anywhere as far as I know. You can probably cut different filter materials to fit into the slots, if needed. The whole set is compact and lightweight. The one thing I'm not crazy about is that the cord is permanently installed in the lights. It would make setting up easier if they could plug in. Anyway, it's a good inexpensive lighting set!

The lights themselves are great. Brightness is adequate, and easy to set up. One of the diodes on the pink RGB setting is stuck on red, which is a bit unfortunate, but it's not noticeable in photos, so not really a major issue for me. You even get good, saturated colored lighting when used in tandem with a natural-light ring light. Overall very happy with them for the price. The tripods are a different story, however. They are among the worst tripods I've ever used. The height is limited (But hey, the height is listed as being 4.75 feet - which is probably about accurate), but that's not my gripe with them. That would come into stability. You look at the tripod a little to long and it will fall over. All that said - if you are looking for fun lighting to play around with to enhance your photos/videos - these are worth getting, especially for around $30? You can't really beat the price.

Great lights. Use them for shooting pics of products, and they work very well and do not take up much space at all. Nice and bright, and the brightness is adjustable.

Very versatile and easy to use for different types of content. The size is perfect, they feel stable, and the height is easy to adjust. They are also lightweight and portable, and I really like the different temperature settings for creating warm or bright lighting.

Cheap and easy to use. Lots of color and brightness options but limited range. Definitely a good value for the price. They are very fragile and thinner plastic so be careful not to drop them. They will break off of their stands.

I REALLY wanted to give these a stellar review as I was quite pleased with these lights when I first recieved them. Sadly, after just over a month, only 9 days after my return window has closed. (so 39 days for all you mathematicians out there) One of the lights has malfunctioned and no longer operates correctly. Talk about a bummer! I had it on and suddenly it seemed to flicker, giving sudden bursts of brightness as if a flash was going off. I immediately decided to turn it off but when I did, randomly leds would flash on in no specific pattern or time. So I unplugged the unit. I didn't know if it was overheating or what so I let it rest. It didn't seem hot or anything but I figured to be sure we'll wait. Fast forward to the next day: I know it's got to be cooled down so I figure I'd assess the situation. So I plug the USB cable into a charging block and somewhere between 1/3 - 1/2 of the panel is lit right away! Now mind you, I haven't hit the power button yet! So now I hit the power and the rest of the panel lights up! So I hit the power button again and only half the panel goes out. I turn it back on and try the RGB mode and only half the panel shows color and the other half is cool white no matter what mode i cycle it to. So needless to say, I'm not happy with my purchase. I would suggest looking into a higher quality lighting kit because I believe that they are probably more reliable and that alone is worth the extra money.

I’ve been using these Torjim RGB studio lights for video work for a few years, and they still do the job well. The adjustable tripod is convenient, and the RGB lighting gives a nice range of options for photography and video setups. The only thing I would mention is that the cable feels a bit delicate, so I recommend handling it carefully and not pulling or bending it too much. Even with that, the lights have continued to work for me after years of use, so overall I’m satisfied with them.
