I was swapping out my old factory stereo, and this harness made the whole process a lot smoother. It connects the Alpine radio to the iDatalink Maestro system without having to cut or splice any wires, which was a big relief for me since I’m not great with electrical stuff. This extra harness takes the place of the harness that comes with your new S O N Y stereo. It connects directly between select S O N Y radios and the latest Maestro "Head-unit ready" T-harnesses so you won't have to splice any wires.
- Connects in between Idatalink Maestro vehicle-specific T-harness and select S O N Y head units
- Also requires an iDatalink Maestro ADS-MRR, ADS-MRR2 or ADS-SR module and compatible iDatalink vehicle-specific T-harness
- Note: This harness will not work by itself. You must also have an Idatalink Maestro Interface Module (ADS-MRR, ADS-MRR2 or ADS-MSR) and a Compatible Vehicle-Specific T-Harness.
