I have a tempering machine. Are these chocolates good for candy molds?

My sister and I used Merckens for our Christmas candy molds.

Can you melt in the microwave?

Yes. Put in microwave for 30 seconds, take out and stir it, put back for another 30 seconds, stir again, put in for another 20 seconds. That should do it. Enjoy:)

How large are these wafers?

Approximately 1 inch in diameter.

I'm a subscribe customer and again the chocolate arrives all melted. It was horrible..... What should I do?

Mine also arrived melted. I was very disappointed because I do not use them to melt. We eat them out of a candy dish. They offered to refund half of my money but that doesn't fix the problem. ☹️ Not sure why they can't pack them properly for shipping in warm weather.
