This is the best form of magnesium for the most absorption and no stomach issues. I use it to help me sleep. Also, so I guess it’s just my family or whatever but we always have trouble sleeping so magnesium is the way to go because it helps you sleep and it also builds your bones and it also helps your nervous system so this is great. It’s not total vegan. it’s not total Whole Foods but it’s still good and it’s still makes you sleep. It gets you. It gets you to sleep. It doesn’t keep you to sleep that you gotta do on your own.

So far so good for leg cramps during pregnancy. I’m in my second trimester and experiencing calve cramps. Hoping this will help relieve it.
