Best deal I could find - Even on EBAY
Works great! Huge improvement over 4G. They say it was reconditioned, but no problems and batter seems to be good.

Great price for an updated device
Basically, brand new. Still had protective plastic. Worked perfectly after adding SIM cards. Great price, saved hundreds of dollars. Thank you.

Stay away
Piece of garbage. So used up it looks like it just came out of the sewer.

Works well, wish it wasn't so much more expensive than T-Mobile version
The headline pretty much says it all. The Verizon version of this MiFi is just so much more expensive than the T-Mobile version. I suspect it has to do with T-Mobile subsidizing the devices more for some reason, but I needed a Verizon one to replace a Verizon 4G MiFi, and this one works pretty well. The switchover from the 4G MiFi to this one was seamless. I was able to get into the configuration website and configure the new 5G MiFi with the same SSID and passkey so that it went into use without any changes to my devices. I use it for remote livestreams, and I have noticed improved consistency over 4G MiFis, and I appreciate that consistency a lot. In one area where I run these livestreams, I was consistently getting around 2-3 bars of LTE on Verizon, and now I get 3-4 bars of 5G, which helps keep a stable signal. This MiFi is noticeably larger than my old MiFi 7730L. Doesn't fit into the pocket of my laptop bag that I used to keep the older MiFi in, but I had a different pocket that it fit into, so not a dealbreaker. (I just keep the old 7730L in there, in case this gets broken out in the wild.) It is less ergonomically pleasing to hold as well, being more brick-shaped, but on the flip side, this flatness makes it easier to put it at different angles to see if the signal improves -- in general, I'm not standing there holding it, so that's probably an improvement. The USB-C connector comes out of the top, which is hard for me to get used to, as all of my other MiFis have had it come out the bottom, but again, this is probably an improvement, since now the screen can be right-side-up when plugged in, instead of having to have the MiFi flat on the table or upside down. All in all, I'm pretty happy with the device. Just wish the price was more in line with similar devices on other carriers.

Worked for a couple hours
This was a refurbished product so I was prepared for a scratch or two but not that it wouldn't connect to Verizon's network. After I unboxed it it froze up on boot 3 or four times in a row. I finally pulled the sim card and booted it without the sim, then I put the sim back in and it connected but randomly rebooted itself for 3 or 4 times. The next day when I attempted to turn it on it would hang up on the "Verizon" screen and never fully boot up. Returned for refund, which went very smoothly so KUDOs to Amazon for their fairly pain free return process.
