These straps keep my glasses from sliding down my nose while bicycling or playing pickleball. Very simple, very effective and very economical.

I have tried several different types of straps for my glasses. These are the best so far. 1) I tried the ones with the wire, but those are an issue when sitting back in a high back chair, and they tend to push the eyeglasses forward. If you tighten them to prevent that, they are difficult to get off. 2) I tried the ones with the tail that gets adjusted to fit, but they tend to get stuck on the shirt collar, and are a too long in the back. If I tie some knots to shorten, it sometimes gets uncomfortable in a high back chair due to the knots.However, this seems to be just about right. They are flexible and stretch a little, so they don't cause any issues with sitting in a high back chair or recliner to read. They come off easy due to the flexible strap. Also, the holder that attach to the glasses framed seem to have a better hold on the glasses than the other I have tried.So they are just right, as Goldilocks would say.

Like the product but it won't work for me. I wanted to use them on my pickleball protection glasses and those stems are too big for to work well. In addition, I have a small head and I could not shorten them enough without tying a knot it the rubber

Great purchase. I bought these for my daughter for when she is participating in her karate class and other physical activities. The adjustments on these straps are simple yet practice and can be adjusted while wearing with ease. You simply reach back and either slide the fitting left or right to achieve the strength of hold desired. The value is incredible considering you get multiple bands for a few bucks. You can wear this under your hair if you choose or just around your head. My daughter likes to wear it under her hair like at the base of the skull and it stays put, doesn't pull her hair and most importantly keeps her glasses where they should be; on her face.Great product and functionality. Would recommend these to others looking for a product such as this.

They are a little bit of a struggle to put on and take off but they do just the job. I run track & field and I'm always scared of my glasses falling off when I hurdle but these keep them in place great. The glue on the trap broke within a day of getting them but I sewed them back on so it's fine.
