(The New Formula) Feels like a cheap drug store brand
I loved the Joico Power Whip in the all grey container. It was the best mousse around. I didn't have to use much and it held my hair in place. This new formula (in the grey and green container) feels like a cheap drug store brand. It's not as stiff and for styling purposes, there are other types of products that do a better job. I will not be purchasing this again.

You don’t need too much.
First time I used this I used too much and ended up with sticky hair. I was expecting it to be more of the consistency of shaving cream, but it is more of a thin watery foam. Holds well and provides volume but no softness.
