Love it with iPhone, or iPads. Not Android devices!
Keep the BTA-1, throw away the ZOOM H4essential! The BTA-1 is an off the chart asset. However, only with an iPhone is it functional and convenient. Trust me, if all you have is android phone... It's worthless. The BTA-1, coupled with an iPhone connects you to all the assets of the ZOOM unit.

connection not stable
Initially, the Bluetooth connection is not established on the first attempt; however, after trying again, it connects and performs adequately but lacks stability. Occasional disconnections and a slight millisecond lag are observed. Overall, the performance is satisfactory, but it requires a software update for bug fixes. Additionally, having an offline mode for patching via the phone and then syncing to the device upon connection would enhance the user experience.

Enables Multi Tasking
Great if you're in the video and want to start the camera recording remotely, and also great to see channel sound levels if you are the musician, also the sound man, and also the camera man. Works exactly as I need it to.
