## Description

This is a Grade A Refurbished touchscreen Dell Latitude 7490, featuring an Intel i5-8350U 1.7GHz processor, with 16GB of RAM, a 512GB Solid State Drive, Webcam, and a Windows 10 Pro Operating System. These units are retail ready including a brand new Operating System, functional batteries and AC Adapter (third-party new or OEM used). Each unit has been subjected to rigorous functionality testing before they leave our facility, they will offer you years of computing backed by our 90-Day Warranty! Our units have been cosmetically rejuvenated, but may have subtle signs of being preloved.

Review: Amazing quality. Very little signs of wear. However, single channel 16gb ram. - Amazing quality, very little signs of wear. The charging cable was a good length, but was a little dirty. It did come with touchscreen and a backlit keyboard. It also did have 16gb of ram, however, it was only single channel. I don't mind, but dual channel is preferable. I also noticed that the micro sd card didn't seem to work. I also don't really mind, but it would have been nice to have. Also noted that it did not come with a fingerprint sensor. I did like how it came with a completely fresh install of windows 10 pro, but I did have to install the intel UHD graphics 620 drivers myself. When I first started it up, the graphics felt weird and didn't work right. But after installing the intel 620 drivers, everything starting working perfectly, and the touchscreen is actually quite responsive. I would highly recommend everyone to install the intel UHD 620 graphics drivers if your laptop has a fresh install of windows. This is upgradable to windows 11 which is good to know. Overall, the laptop is in great condition, and it has a pretty decent battery life too. I would have given 4 stars, but at the time, I was able to buy this for $206 ($249/tax). Because of that price, I give this 5 stars. You absolutely cannot beat that price. To sum it up: Great price, not working sd card slot, dirty charging cable, little signs of wear, no intel UHD 620 graphics installed* (had to install manually), single channel 16gb ram 2400mhz, no fingerprint sensor.

Amazing quality, very little signs of wear. The charging cable was a good length, but was a little dirty. It did come with touchscreen and a backlit keyboard. It also did have 16gb of ram, however, it was only single channel. I don't mind, but dual channel is preferable. I also noticed that the micro sd card didn't seem to work. I did like how it came with a completely fresh install of windows 10 pro, but I did have to install the intel UHD graphics 620 drivers myself.
