why does my ball NOT shoot at the same height and location?

It is likely due to using a mix of new and used tennis balls (pressurized) with the ball machine, as they have different pressures and will shoot at different heights. There is nothing wrong with ball machine, and it is normal for all tennis machines, and the resolution is simply to replace them with new tennis balls or use pressure-less tennis ball.

what's the return policy?

We offer free returns and exchanges for any broken or defective ball machines. However, for any other returns, such as no longer wanted, the product is not as expected, etc...you may return it to us in “like-new” condition within 30 days of purchase, subject to a 15% restocking fee. Customer is responsible for return shipping. Damages to the machine that require repair will be done at the customer's expense in addition to the restocking fee.
