Does this have fake tan in it?

It has carrot extract in it so tanning is quick it's the best tanning oil ever

Can/should i use sun cream as well? Spf 15 sems low

If you need more protection get a higher SPF. I use factor 30/50 on face and chest which are my areas that burn then use this F15 on legs and arms. My husband uses this all over as he tans easily. It's all down to your skin so only you can judge but I wouldn't mix two together as different formulations might interact and cause rashes or a lowering of overall protection. This is a really great oil as it's not greasy but doesn't dry out your skin either and barely needs rubbing in.

Can you use this before a sun bed?

Using carrot oil while in sunbeds will be perfectly safe, provided you follow the normal guidelines for use of sunbeds. The carrot oil won't give you any protection from the UV radiation in the sunbed, so you shouldn't stay in any longer than you normally would. Please make sure to let the carrot oil dry before using the sunbed as there may be a risk of staining. Thanks.
