Perfect for lunch boxes! Have been using for about a month now and it is still cool when I take it out of lunch box 10hrs later.

I’m not sure these are large enough for my backpack cooler… they don’t seem to do much to keep things cool… but my cooler may be too large for these and they should be used for a lunch box.
