It's not 12 inch Tawa BUT product is VERY GOOD
It's mentioned in description and also a photograph showing inner diameter is 12 inch/30 cm. But it is not. In actual it's smaller than that. Raised the issue with Saffronware. They were very prompt and resolved the issue. Used the tawa after following the instructions. Its working perfectly. Dosa & Besan chila are crisp and not sticking. Must buy this brand Tawa. Thanks to Saffronware team for resolving the issue. They are updating the images on site to avoid any such confusion in future.

It's preseasoned dosa tawa u'll get crispy dosa. It's has smooth surface and little bit big. Easy to maintain. Lifetime investment

Top notch product quality
Quality is best compared to the price. Comes pre-polished yet you need to do the seasoning. After seasoning and using for two weeks now dosa comes like non-stick.

Trust me, the pan is perfect. It's already a pre-seasoned one but still, we have pre-seasoned it a couple of times. Dosas are very perfect and healthy too 🥰🥰 the only thing is, I felt it a little heavy but it's ok, as it is an iron it will.. Go for it...

Amazing product, a must have for dosa lovers
The tawa is super non sticky and we can make hotel style roast dosa very easily. Love this product.

Ideal For Gas Stoves, Not So Much For Induction Stoves...
The top side of this tawa is beautifully machined and is very smooth. All they had to do was machine it at the bottom too to make it smooth enough for induction stoves. This option could be offered at a higher premium of course and optional (For use with Gas stove or for use with Induction stove). It claims to be pre-seasoned. The seasoning in my specimen has left some not so good looking finish on the smooth surface of this tawa. The 11 inch size is just about right in size (fits my 36L Havells OTG 36RC BL for re-seasoning) and weight (2.9 kg actual weight of the specimen received). At the moment the design is very rough and coarse, especially at the bottom, and it will easily scratch the smooth surface of any induction stove and so best recommended for gas stoves only. My search for an ideal tawa, with a smooth bottom, for induction stove continues.

Excellent quality for very reasonable price!
Very good product and neatly packed. It weighs good and the base is thick as expected for the cast iron products. Looking forward for kadai from Saffronware. Price factor is also very competing.
