Q: Why is the logo on front upside down?

I don’t have this particular one. I have the eagle. Mines not upside down.

I bought it as a gift about a year ago so I no longer have it to refer to, but it either said "Never Forgotten or Never Forget". Referring to the POW and MIA soldiers. I hope that helps. It's a very nice and well made item and is very roomy.
