Love this lounge set! Perfect for my big family! Very sturdy and a nice simple color. Comfortable and worth the money! Took a while to assemble all those chairs though

I’m an interior decorator and I purchased this set for a client’s exposed rooftop. It took hours to assemble but it looked nice once it was put together. A rainstorm came through the following week and all 6 of the chairs rusted all over the brand new rug and rooftop. I called Amazon & they had me contact the third party seller, but assured me that if we weren’t happy with the third party seller’s end result, they could file an A-Z insurance claim since the product was deficient. So I contacted the third party seller and informed them what happened, but they would only issue a refund if we returned the item - the products we spent hours assembling. We would then have to spend more hours unassembling the items and boxing everything up. I called Amazon back again to let them know that was unfeasible and they assured me they filed an A-Z insurance claim & we were being refunded in full. So I then informed the client of this. The next day, I received an email that my A-Z claim had actually been denied and I wouldn’t be refunded anything. I called back again and spoke to a supervisor, who supposedly appealed the claim, but wouldn’t send the email confirmation until we were off the phone, and when the email came through it was just another A-Z claim, which was once again denied. All that to say, this “outdoor set” is not at all an outdoor set and the company selling the product has both terrible products AND customer service. I’m extremely unhappy and am personally out $338 due this to situation.

Patio furniture is so expensive! This was a nice, simple set that fit our budget. I’m really impressed with the table. The chairs are decent too. However, I specifically bought this so the chairs could stack under my covered patio when not in use to not get bird poop on them. Disappointed that the chairs do not stack so now I need to come up with another idea to keep my chairs clean when not I use. If you don’t mind your chairs sitting out all the time then this is a great set.

The perfect deal for sunny days. Comfort is great! Love having friends over for dinner and enjoying our time at this table outside. Good quality for the price. Happy I got it.

Not what expected. I guess you get what you pay for. I put it together less than a week ago and it is already rusting and the rust is getting all over my new deck. The table, one of the Allen screws are stripped, the holes in some areas don’t line up so I have one screw I can’t fit in. The chairs, I have put 2 together so far and it is as if the directions have the screw mixed up and the tops don’t fit and keep falling off and these chairs do not stack up. I am not happy with this table and chair set. I have contacted the seller to have this picked up as is. We will see if they get back to me.Update: The seller will not allow me to return this table set unless I have the original packaging, which I did not keep. They have offered me a small refund, but I declined because this table is ruining my brand new deck With rust spots.I read the description for this and this is what the description says: The steel is wrapped by a special powder coating that features excellent weather and corrosion resistance.(Not true as like, I said it is already rusting.)Stackable Chairs: The outdoor dining set includes six chairs. (These chairs do not stack)

This is exactly what we needed, this is a short term set up we needed and the price is awesome. Sturdy and comfortable it’s perfect

Really like the table and chairs but the chairs are not stackable like they are described. Unfortunate part with needing to store these. Otherwise fit my patio perfectly!
