Q: Has anyone tested the capacity on a balance charger to see if there is full 450mah? Usually new lipos have 10-15% extra while I have 446mah.

I haven’t but theses puffed after about 2 weeks of use.

Q: What is the max charge rate? Like some batteries can charge 4C meaning a 450mAh battery can be charged at 1.8 amps.

The Tattu site states a max of 2c charge rate with balance charging or 1c with non balance charging.

Q: Aren’t these 900mah since it’s two 450mah batteries together?

Individually the cells are 450mah @ 3.7vdc , when place in series to make 7.4v they maintain their 450mah rating. In parallel they would maintain a 3.7v dc output but the mah would be 900.
