So far.. so good. I haven’t had it for long but the installation was easy. Nice looking. Easy to clean. Love the slow close feature and the easy removal for cleaning. Seems very sturdy and well made.

Color matches great. Looks nice. It flexes when you sit on it because it is not a solid seat.

The first one I ordered was cracked, but they sent a replacement pretty quickly. I am usually intimidated by home improvements that involve plumbing but this was very easy to install. I like the slow close lid. I just installed it so I have not taken it apart for cleaning, but it is secure yet easy to take off when you need to. I like the bone color that I ordered. I have an old pastel yellow toilet from the 90s and didn’t want to get a porcelain white seat. This color blends in very nicely with the pastel yellow.

This is the second one I ordered. My wife is handicapped and she lost her balance and fell back on the first one. The lid actually busted (cracked). That is why I downgrade sturdiness.

Finally a toilet seat my grandson can't break! This is a great sturdy toilet seat! I found you have to spend a bit more to get one that won't break. I would buy again. I gave it 4 stars for easy to clean cause there is a spot where the lid meets the seat that is kind of hard to get to.

First of all, when we received this toilet seat, there was not any hardware, so we ended up ordering the hardware separately (thinking that it was not included), which was and add'l $11.00. We put the seat on, and after about a week, the seat would slam closed instead of the slow close. We thought it had broken, so requested a return and a replacement. When we took the seat off, we realized that the "spacer" between the hinges in the seat was missing altogether!! Photo attached above!! We feel that the quality control of this item was very lacking!!The new seat we received HAD the hardware INCLUDED, and the "spacer" was in the seat!! Somewhere along the line, someone missed the fact that the first seat we received was defective!Although we did receive the replacement, and it was fine, we feel that a good review is not warranted.

I like all the features of this toilet seat. The colour was exact to the appliance. It was easy to install and the value received with the advantages of slow close and simple removal to clean. It is sturdy and solid product.
