Calm in a Cup
This tea is a subtle sweetness that is delicious and warming! The pieces of fruits and nuts are a treat after each sip, and I can have it anywhere since it comes in easy open packs I can keep in my pocket. Not for diabetics
I have diabetes and there is 50 grams in the sugar carbs content in the little packet. That is 5x what I can have. Waiting to see if I can return product. I thought a stick meant they sent a stick from tree. Sheesh
