Firstly, the straps that need to be pulled out in order for the lights to operate, will not come out...on any of them. So I got the brilliant idea to unscrew the battery compartment to remo e the strip. Only one problem, the screws cannot be removed. Stripped, yes. Removed, no. So this mean even if I can find an alternate method to remove the strips, I will never be able to replace the batteries. Do they work? Who knows. They certainly can't work for me. Do not purchase. I should have listened to the reviewers.

I collect uranium glass, and these make for super cute displays.

Of the first three sets I tried, two were defective. One would not turn on at all, and the other had a loose connection on the light wire so it won't stay on consistently. Tried to return, but the Amazon system is not cooperating. Disappointed, as this is a very cool product.

The media could not be loaded. I really wanted to like these lights, but only 4 out of the 6 work, and 1 of the working lights is a regular yellow fairy light, NOT UV, and another 1 of the working lights is extremely dim. I need these for a business purpose so I can't return them and wait for a new product or refund. I'm very disappointed and still have to order another package, I guess let's hope it isn't such a disappointment this time.

These tiny LED black lights are really cool looking. The wiring is thin yet strong and stiff so it is somewhat bendable, but if wrapping around anything it will need secured with some tape or string light clips since it is real springy wire. The control box uses two CR2032 batteries which are already installed in it, but I had to temporarily remove two of the screws to get the plastic off of the battery which keeps it from using any of it's charge until ready for use. I will have to do that on all six of them. There is a power switch on the control box for turning the lights on/off. You get six of these mini string lights which are 6 foot each. There are two extra batteries included as spares and a mini screw driver to use when changing out the batteries. These lights will make a great decoration wrapped around anything, or you can put them in a mason jar to use as a black light lantern. They can also be strung up around a doorway or window. The black light color they emit is very beautiful and has a subtle glow so they are not very bright. I recommend these mini black lights to others who would like a bit of subtle black light for decorations in their home.
