I have plantar fasciitis and also get tight leg muscles. This bad boy works wonders for me! Especially at the price! I especially like the tightness of the rollers to one another. Good coverage on quads and hamstrings.

Nice Roller

I have some recurring knee pain that flares up when I play tennis or do excessive walking/hiking. I've found that using a foam roller consistently helps keep the pain from coming back too often. The only issue is that it's hard to get enough force on the sides of my leg and knee when using a roller. This, however, works really well for this. Since you can actually push and pull it against the target area, you don't have to rely on gravity and moving your body around on the ground to get the desired force and position. Makes it much easier to use while watching television. And, the nubs on the rollers makes it easier to get a lot of pressure on the target area, but also provides kind of a pulsing feeling to it as it rolls across.Very happy with it, and a great price!

It’s okay . Kind of cheaply made.

This is ok for Charlie horse type pain. It does loosen the muscle up. Just a little cumbersome to use.

This muscle roller allow you to massage areas on yourself or someone else.The massage roller appears to be very well made and should last a long time.The massage roller is easy to use. The rollers are not so hard that you can’t apply pressure and doing so doesn’t cause any pain. I have used this massage roller multiple times on myself and my husband and we have both gotten relief from muscle tension. I was actually able to work out a knot in my husband’s shoulder that I couldn’t get with my hands.
