Very disappointed
I bought two, one for myself and one for my god daughter. I used mine when it arrived and it was so useless I was too embarrassed to give the other one as a gift. The slicer didn’t work properly and neither did the holder. Crisps wouldn’t stay in the holder properly and I wasted at least three potatoes trying to get one to fit. Results were beyond poor and inedible. I even got my husband to try as he is an engineer and I thought I was doing something wrong but he had no luck either. I wasted my money.

What did I do wrong?
Not sure what happened but left the chips for 10 mons to dry out before putting them in microwave. Didn't go crispy, just soggy, even did them for longer than stated on the box but barely worked afrer 9 mins and didnt want to burn them. Just sat ontop of microwave now as seems useless.

Great
I had a smaller crisp maker and was there for ages microwaving them to get a diecent amount but this is so much larger and does a great job, takes longer than what it says on the box but overall I love it!

Waste of money
The blade is too blunt to slice anything. Tried with an apple but ended up having to use a knife. The apple turned out ok after microwaving for 5 minutes, but felt £6.99 too expensive for just a very small, plastic, slotted disc which is basically all I ended up with as the blade and bowel attachment completely useless. Wish I hadn't bothered.

Crisps Are Good
However, The holder is too shallow to hold the potato. Had to use a knife in the end. The crisps turned out well and tasty when tossed in a bowl with flavouring.

Great healthy crisp
Bought for my 12 years old, who thought we could make healthy crisps. He was right. A little bit of fiddling with times on the microwave and we love it
