I was looking for an alternative to the HUGE torpedo-lookin' 400 mg Magnesium supplement my 94 year old mother was having to take in the evenings. (That sucker barely fit into the pill caddy) These are great, not a leg cramp since she's been taking them. I take them now too, as does my adult son. Good flavor and texture, so it's a pleasure to take each day. Highly recommend!

Among all my gummy vitamins, this one is my most preferred choice. It possesses a delightful aroma, a pleasant taste, and a satisfying texture when chewed. The raspberry flavor is quite enjoyable. However, I cannot yet confirm its effectiveness as I have only been using it for about a week.

These gummies have a mild raspberry flavor and mild sweetness. Many products made for children are overly sweet, but these are pleasant and not cloying. I actually enjoy them! Potency is stronger than many other brands, so you can chew just one and get all the magnesium supplementation you need.

I tried several, and these have more magnesium per gummy and taste better than the others. Highly recommended

I was surprised how delicious these were. I’m sure the magnesium is contributing to sound sleep lately, aswell. Would definitely re-order these.
