Can't say this is well made
I was immediately concerned about this gripper (my first and perhaps only CoC) as one handle had a rubber/silicone insert but the other did not. This stuck me as odd and not as it should be. I contacted IronMind who could not give me a straight answer but instead told me to use it "if the handle is secure". But I do not know how long it will be secure! After using a it for a couple of days I noticed to my horror that flakes of metal were appearing on the handles and upon inspection I noticed abrasion on both sides. The coils are not truly parallel and they rub together at an angle when the gripper is closed which, aside form making a noise like rusty bedsprings, would grind down all but the hardiest metal. I sent IronMind the above photos (taken with a proper macro lens) and accused me of oiling the grippers and the marks being due to "foreign matter". This is ironic because the first advice they gave me along with that of the handle secureness was to oil the gripper! In fact, I have neither oiled nor lubricated the gripper in any way. Furthermore I have kept it on a shelf in a thick bubble wrapped parcel as I had expected to return it and wanted to do so in the condition it arrived. I am currently waiting for IronMind to reexamine the photos. You can see the natural pitting on the metal but it is as plain as the day is long that the coating, if not the metal itself, has been worn off the coils.

Too light to be of use.
I hoped that these Agility grippers would be a good substitute for my COC Guide grippers, but the resistance is just too light, to be of any value. I bought the Zenith Trainer because it's much more comfortable in the hand, than its COC equivalent. IronMind should remember that its customer base isn't just the body-building brigade.

Just right for me.
Having found the "Agility" much too light, and able to do 20 reps comfortably with the Trainer, I moved on to the Zenith No. 1, which is just right for about 5 reps. It's on a par with the COC No. 0.5, but much more comfortable in the hand. At 73, that's enough for me.
