Great Keto-Friendly Snack Option!
My first time trying these. Good tasting keto-friendly bars! Sweet enough to satisfy a snack craving. Also seems like they are generally healthful snacks being nut-based. The bars stay together well and don't lose many nuts or break apart in the package. My only real knock on them is that the bars themselves are rather small. Fairly priced. Overall, I'm happy with the purchase.

These Munk Pack Nut and Seed Bars are by far the most delicious bars on the market! High protein, low net carbs if following KETO diet, or for a snack to satisfy your sweet tooth. High quality bars with Sea Salt and Dark Chocolate as one of the favorites. If on the run, keep one in your purse to satisfy your hunger and they don’t raise my sugar levels; a healthier choice.

Really tasty and fresh. Just grab and go in the morning which makes having a snack or breakfast really fast and easy. Has lots of protein and is healthy and filling! Didn't melt and the quality is great.
