It's Ok, not great
You have to leave this in the sunlight for quite a bit to get the glow in the dark effect. Also doesn't slide as great as I would hope on a gym surface, but good enough. I probably won't order more.

Bought these under the impression they would be solid, they are not solid and are squishy.
