I was skeptical that this tea would be any more relaxing than any other evening time tea, but it's legit. I tend to have a hard time winding down at night, but this tea really relaxes my body and mind for the evening, and I sleep like a baby.

Love this tea!
Love it! Helps me sleep for sure. I used to wake up several times as night and have trouble going back to sleep. Now I'm finally sleeping through the night without losing about 2hours in the middle of the night!The taste is really good too!

Balanced flavor, high-quality tea
Great tea blend! The flavor is beautifully balanced, and I love that just one cup provides a whole array of powerhouse herbs. Perfect anytime we want to relax, not just at bedtime. Also seems to help with minor stomach upsets, so that's a bonus! Thanks, Teami!

but the tea is good! It doesn't have a ton of flavor
I was worried that the valerian would make the tea taste strange, but the tea is good! It doesn't have a ton of flavor, but I like it. And most importantly, it made me relax and I'm actually tired. I have difficulty falling asleep (hence the middle of the night review), but I find my eyes very heavy right now which makes the tea a success.

Delicious herbal tea. Very relaxing. Enjoy drinking this at night before bed.No need to add sugar or honey as the taste is very pleasant by itself.

Make a cup of tea to sip in bed to calm myself. Have sleep issues and trying to cut back on current prescription. Only been using about a week but like it so far - enough to try another product or two. A sample pack would be awesome if not already offered. Will check Amazon now - almost all my purchases are through Amazon these days
