Can I put this in a grinder?

Yes but the salt is not dry, it’s a bit damp so it does clog up a bit. Also you are better with a plastic or ceramic grinder so it does not rust. I use a cheap plastic grinder and replace it as necessary, and I let the salt open for a day before using and that helps with it clogging up.
