Mom's perspective: easy to take, love that it has the D and K! If you're in the majority of the US, docs recommend vit D since we need more sunshine, so we take it during the darker winter months! Even mom and dad take it on occasion. It's a good value too since it seems to last our large family for several months. Kid's perspective: it tastes like oil (duh, it is a fat soluble vitamin!) Another kid's perspective: the taste is fine!

Tasteless and my kids tolerate them

I think the coconut oil flavor is a deterrent for me but my kiddo asks to take this everyday! Other family says it doesn't taste like anything. If you have an aversion to coconut steer clear, but the kids seem to love it and it's so simple to add to anything and lasts a long time.

Living in Alaska vitamin d is a must. Especially for my red-haired daughter. We notice a major difference in her mood with vitamin d and she prefers this tasteless liquid kind, works great, easy to adjust dosage for all of our kids from 11 yrs to 1yr old.

Great vitamin D drops, my kids don’t notice them in their milk and levels went up since last year.
