Excellent quality, you can feel the premiumPlastic, finishing, buttons every thing is perfect not like local coolers with uneven plastic n poor finishing.Speed is excellent looking at the size.Low power consumption.Makes noise but need to understand that the size of motor is small therefore to throw the Air with force it has to increase the RPM n corresponding increase in noise.Perfect for a small room

I purchased on 27th march. Then on the 28th i was out of town back on 06th april used it untill 17th april... Just 10days of usage the pump broke...Before this product i used bajaj PX cooler which was super cooling and cheaper than this one. It was leaking water so i asked for an exchange but they took a return and refunded the money. So i took a very vad decision of buying hindware.It is niethet cooling and super noisy can't sleep and more over it the service is super super excellent... I booked a service on 26th april and they reparied it on 17th may.. Woww what a fast service.... Hell no to hindaware i will never purchase any hindaware product.. I will write to amazon to kindly request them to stop selling hindware products tooo.. Now j gotta simply throw this cooler..

Good plastic quality... average cooling... Performance is good... No leakage...it's producing more noise.

I bought this cooler by the suggestion of VM One YouTube channel.The cooler is quite compact, it fits perfectly in the corner of a room and it's simple design is elegant. But, I feel it's a little short in terms of height, as I have to adjust the fins to get a direct air throw. The built quality is good and sturdy.The cooling part is a mixed bag, this is a small cooler with a small fan inside. Thus, it can cover only a small area. The area which it covers is comfortable and cool. But, it's not recommended for a large rooms.The major drawback is the noise levels, as the fan size is small it has run on a higher RPM. This results in fan sound, do not confuse with the wind sound, both are different. This is a high pitch sound which is annoying at times.For the price of 6k it's a decent purchase, but if you can increase your budget to 10k and have the space for a slightly bigger cooler, I would recommend a compact desert cooler, which has larger fan and higher air throw. This one is strictly a personal cooler, nothing more.

The media could not be loaded. NOISY when compared to bajaj, orient & symphony in the same size. It's a fan, not a blower. So noise is high. Watee inlet is inadequate. Better to go for other brands having blower.

It's really amazing for this moment what about I need that I'm received, perfect adjustment in my room.But one I'm disappointed,that is moter switcs are reversed making like that 3,2,1. When I'm moter started starting point switch no are 3...2...1.Another all are ok....

Absolutely terrible experience from start to finish. Hindware, the product I received was defective right out of the box — clearly no quality control whatsoever. To make matters worse, the customer service was beyond useless. Every time I reached out, I was met with vague responses, unhelpful advice, and zero accountability. They either don't care or just have no idea what they're doing.please don't order from hindware you will for sure regret..I wasted time, money, and energy trying to deal with this mess, and in the end, I was left with a broken item and a headache.
