I’m so grateful that someone actually created this. It’s very well made and keeps things discreet. I’m not worried about being in public anymore even going to a restaurant. It makes life much easier.

This bag is wonderful. It is very well made, with a nice lining and sturdy zipper. It is light weight and sits comfortably on the hip, depending on how you adjust the strap, or it can be worn through your pants' belt loops. I don't use the pockets, bc I don't want any more bulk in there, but if you wish to, there is some storage. Once in a while I do put my phone in the large pocket to keep it handy. The straps inside hold the neph bag secure and upright. You can empty it through the opening on the back side and tuck the nozzle back inside out of sight, or you can unzip the top and remove the bag from the pouch to empty, which is how i usually do it, bc I like to wash the nozzle off so there are no gross drops inside the pouch. I removed the label from the front to keep it less noticeable. The only issue is it can slide around unless you are wearing it through belt loops, but I imagine a piece of velcro could be used to keep it in place, I just haven't done it. I'm getting another one to keep "clean" so I don't have to worry about getting it dirty in the garden. I don't use the cover for the tube, I found it bulky and way too long. I usually wear a shirt untucked which hides the tube. The waist strap is plenty long for most sizes. I cut mine off and it does not seem to be fraying.

This was a lifesaver for me. I tried leg bag straps and they didn’t really work out for me so I was looking for other options for my nephrostomy bag. I’m so glad I decided to buy this. The size is perfect, the belt makes it so easy to put on and I like the little pockets on here too. It’s so comfortable sometimes I forget it’s even there. It’s easy to empty without taking it out. Nice way to hide the bag contents when out in public. The tube cover didn’t really work out for me, so I opted to not use it. And the only other note I had would be to have a stopper or something to prevent the bag from moving around the belt. Since it’s just looped through it can move around when bending which is only a tiny inconvenience. Overall I love this. And even though it’s only a temporary use until my surgery I couldn’t have gone through this chapter without this.

This review has been revised: I had been wearing a leg bag for a month, connected to a belly drain, and then later to a drain directly to an internal ileostomy. Attaching the bag to my leg was uncomfortable due to plastic against the skin, and it also kept slipping down. Wearing it over boxer shorts meant that everything needed to be removed from the leg before I could use the bathroom. This cover could not have been more perfect. Now I no longer have to deal with all of that, especially when I am in a hurry. I chose not run the belt through the belt loops of my pants, but rather just tighten it around my waist for quicker removal. In my situation, this cover supports the bag lower than the drain, so there are no issues with flow. Additionally, it is aesthetically pleasing, and no one would have any idea what was hanging there. No embarrassment in public. After adding the second leg bag, I purchased my second cover, and now, a month later, I am buying two more, so that I can rotate every day and wash them, along with flushing the leg bags and letting them sit for 24 hours with a deodorizer inside. My only problem, which has nothing to do with the cover is the odor from the leg bags. Hopefully rotating every day will make a difference. My wife suggested a dryer sheet inside of the cover, so we will give that a try. Great product!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I wish I could afford more in addition to the ones I am purchasing today. Not due to any issues with life span, but would love to change them out every day.

My husband used this for almost 6 months. It is roomy enough for both the nephrostomy bag plus keys, chapstick, small wallet ... It was durable material and held up well, comfortable to wear and discreet, often just looked like a fanny pack.
