I have iron deficiency anemia, so I have to take a daily iron supplement. I’ve found this one to be the best overall. * The small gel pill is easy to swallow * Since iron needs to be taken on an empty stomach for maximum absorption, it’s hard to find one that doesn’t upset the stomach. This one is perfect. I take it with OJ (helps absorption) and it has never upset my stomach. I also have a sensitive stomach. * It also contains Folic Acid and B12. Both beneficial for anemia.

I experienced a noticeable improvement in my energy levels and my bloodwork tests improved significantly. No more low iron!

Good product and seems more effective in keeping irons levels where they belong.

My iron has been low for over a decade without my knowledge lol. They never tested my ferritin before, only my hemoglobin. They only found out now because it became critically low and they finally tested my iron levels. I had iron saturation 6%. So this made me feel high and blissful actually since iron is responsible for making serotonin and dopamine. Antidepressants used to never work for me because it won’t work if you don’t have iron since iron is needed for serotonin. Fully healed me physically I'm breathing deeply I’m so happy to have my life back. It had an antidepressant affect on me just feeling so emotionally soothed at peace. Breathing deep again, energy, stamina. My derealization issues went away. My adhd symptoms have lessened so much I have so much cogntiive function and focus. Normally my adhd and executive function is so bad that I simply never do anything I need to and my life gets a mess. This is a life saver. I was worried about iron absorption issues. So liposomal absorbed a lot better than other iron I tried. I’m sooo happy

It's good overall, gives me a slight upset stomach.

I am a long time sufferer of Anemia. My colon was removed twice so I suffer from short bowel syndrome to where my food goes right through me and I don’t absorb iron well. Before I purchased these, I was previously using another expensive Heme iron brand from Colorado labs ($54-74 per bottle). Heme iron is made from animal flesh-like meat, poultry and seafood. They claim it absorbs better which is why I was willing to spend so much. This type of iron (non-heme iron) is made from plant foods like whole grain, nuts, seeds and leafy greens. I’m not allergic to those things but again, the marketing sold me. After using those previous, expensive heme iron bottles for months, I ended up back in my hematologist's office needing two iron infusions. My iron levels remained normal for the next 3 more years and out of nowhere it all came back!!! Urgh!! So..,I did not not have much high hope hopes for this brand. What caught my eye was the extra ingredients along with them being gels. My previous, expensive brand was hard tablets. (Plus, I was taking the previous expensive heme iron tablets 3 times per day). So again, I did not have high hopes for this. I took one pill per day. Just one. Within 4 weeks my iron increased from a 10.5 to a 13.5!!! What? I was low in iron saturation plus my RDW was high (also an indication of long term anemia). It took about 2 weeks before I started feeling better and after two days of skipping it I am not feeling well again so I know this is not something I can skip. I believe its the ingredients and the soft gels that helped my absorption. I had no iron aftertaste. Also (and this is TMI) but I knew my body was absorbing it because it made my stool turn dark. I would not say I was constipated either. lol and lastly, I purchased two bottles and condensed them into one. Its not that full as in the video. I fully believe in the product so purchased another.
