Good taste
Very tasty, can't tell it's sugar free. I use this in my daily coffee. I also like the other Monin flavors.

Better than Torani’s sugar free syrup
Monin’s sugar free syrup tastes significantly better than Torani’s. I don’t notice the sugar free aftertaste so much once mixed, but straight up I can definitely taste a difference between the two brands.

Flavorful
Monin makes flavorful syrups. The caramel and hazelnut are my faves. I stumbled on Monin is a roundabout way and I’m glad because I wasn’t satisfied with the brand sold in my local grocery store. Tasty sugar free syrup, happy life. :-)

Bit too strong for me
I love the Monins syrups but this caramel flavor was not my favorite, at least not in espresso. It's a little bit too strong when I put it in my espresso. It doesn't taste weird or anything, it's just overpowering. I feel like that it would be just right for making flavored soda drinks, which I'm going to try at some point but have not got around to yet.
