YES, I put two together for my workout. They give me excellent resistance to the upper and lower body. The handles are great as well.

I am not familiar with the brand you are asking about, but I have been very pleased with these. They are well made, easy to change out, feels safe when using. Very happy with my purchase. Hope that helps.

They deliver what they promised. Same resistance as Torro. High quality. They are for an experience band user. Not for a beginner.
