We love them!
I got tired of the small lights, and wanted something that had standard base screw in bulbs. The other style seems to have replacement bulbs that vary in design from each maker. I can't testify to durability since i have only had them for a few days. Yes, you do have to screw in each bulb when you get them so be prepared. But it is not hard and does not take a long time. I put these up early to both test them and cheer up the family, surgery is coming soon and we needed some uplifting! These lights are very bright and the color is awesome.

Thinner Gauge SPT1 Wire, Saves a few pennies versus SPT2 Gauge...
Their thinner SPT1 wire got shredded by the weather this Spring when I installed this in a small cedar tree outside my front door. Going with SPT2 thicker gauge next time obviously.Their pricing is surprisingly a good fit to the market, as the bulbs are $40 for 25 and then you add the wire and it ends up at about their pricing.

Crystal clear, durable, best lights
I spent a lot of time trying to find the right lighting for the roof. These were a little expensive but we’re honestly worth every penny. The light emitted is perfect, they are made of super thick polycarbonate which refracts the light beautifully and is virtually indestructible. We had so many neighbors ask where we found our lights. You should buy these.

Commercial grade lights are well worth the money
Commercial grade lights are superior in all respects to standard lights. The clips are larger and don t break when you clip them on the gutter. The double strand wire is much easier keep straight and can be cut and spliced like old style lights to get the perfect length. The bulbs are noticeably brighter than standard grade lights. The colors are much nicer also, not incandescent nice, but much closer.Yeah, commercial grade is triple the money compared to standard stuff, but well worth it IMO.

Sidebar.. Bulbs need to be screwed in
Had no idea, nor did i see in reviews that the bulbs need to be installed. Luckily, i only have 50 bulbs, but any more than that, i'd be returning..

The lights look good. Wiring looks like good quality.
I bought other led lights with a small bulb under a colored bulb cover. Many of the lights stopped working. I tried switching bulbs to fix them, but they still didn't work. I couldn't get the fuse cover to open. I bought these lights to add to what was still working of the other strings. What a difference in the thickness of the wire of the Opticore lights and the color is brilliant! I also like that these are regular colored light bulbs that screw into sockets and are not the small wired ones like my other set. They've been out a couple weeks now and look great. The test will be when I get them out next year. I'm going to order another set because I have an outside free that I'm lighting up and want to replace all those lights with Opticore.

Super Bright and Good Quality
Expensive, but if you like your home to be the most festive on the block.... then this brand is the ticket. Two years ago I bought 300ft of the red and white lights and loved them. No one in my family seemed to know where the box ended up after we took the Christmas lights down (shocker) so last year I bought a different (and cheaper) set of lights, two times over, and nothing compared. I went for it again this year and bought the red and green, and love them.Note: Each string was $200 two years ago, so the price has stayed consistent. Also, be aware that you will have to manually screw each bulb on. I didnt realize this the first time around and it pissed me off. In my opinion, the quality and brightness of the lights are worth it though.
