There is no expiration date that i'm aware of. This isn't processed cheese, it's real fresh cheese. The older it gets the tangier it gets. I keep mine in a vaccuum sealed (food saver) bag.

Therefore i must believe this cheese has been manufactured since many years same way and anybody can tell unique taste of this fine product. Then mein Sir, i am not a scientist or a doctor, i couldn't tell more than this.
