The first time we took our Tablespoon on an empty stomach, oh my, the tingle was very strong compare to the one we bought at the grocery store. Only dropped 2 lbs the two weeks we were using the other oil. It's been three days since we switched.Got on the scale again, and in three days, I was down two more pounds. We also sleep better. We are taking a tablespoon of this olive oil, 3x a day on an empty stomach. This is not advice, only my personal experience. Love this oil.
