So I’ve been taking it for a bit like a week now and no real results yet as it takes time but I have a massive improvement on my memory. I did an exam and I can remember almost everything that was on the paper which is crazy😂 I recommend to try will write and update if any other improvements are noticeable!

Each capsule contains the equivalent of 1800mg of Lions Mane (higher strength - higher concentration than a lot of other supplements you can buy online), but also 20mg of Gingko Biloba (supports mental clarity and performance) and 15mg of black pepper (also good for brain health and mental performance).I was looking for a safe, clean supplement to help with brain fog and fatigue, as I have a demanding job which implies lots of meetings and topic-switching every day.
