It sucks hard, it blows hard. Top tool.
I own several 40V Greenworks tool, this is the latest. Well made. Works really well. Hard on the batteries though. Worth having a 4 amp pack.

Eats leaves and batteries!
I have many meters of hedges and was looking for something to help tidy up as i trimmed the hedges and also clean up around the garden, i have already got some greenworks products so i thought i would give this a try. I wasnโt disappointed, its as good as a main powered blower/vac and has some powerful suction, the blower is very powerful and clears away any rubbish, the only down side is it eats batteries, if you only have the 2Ah batteries then you will be lucky to get ten minutes use.

Stick to the same product range for the sake of the battery and charger.
Bought a 'greenworks' cordless strimmer earlier this year, 40v version, absolutely brilliant product, takes down bramble, weeds, heavy undergrowth, hardly ever breaks the line and is really powerful. Wanted a blower/vacuum for the winter leaves so clearly looked at the same product line., allThe initial cost looked a bit high until I worked out that the battery and charger are interchangeable so I went for this product, couldn't be more pleased, the blower is so powerful, cleared my deck, patio in 2 minutes, then I set up the vacuum.........bit tricky at first but once set up with the bag it worked a treat, good wide tube, strong bag with zip, did the whole garden front and back in 20 minutes. it is quite noisy but then it needs to be if its powerful, a bit heavy, but I prefer that sturdiness, all in all a great product for ยฃ100.

OK, so here is an honest review
Have to admit I already have two batteries so after reading reviews I felt confident.Suction can be set from OK to powerful.I only use this for sucking up leaf's as I have a professional petrol blower and rather than change nozzles I find it easier to just use this for sucking. So batteries...yes this this drain batteries fast, I have a large garden and only just about get around before two batteries are drained.I found the suction is better than anything I have previously used so if set to half power the batteries last much longer and if needed I just press the power button to whack it up full for a bit.So batteries are the weak area unless you have a small garden but there are a few really good areas not mentioned by many.Leaf bag - In the past I ended up covered in dust but the bag that is supplied easily come off, but the clever thing is the air only comes out of one side so you can sling the bag over your shoulder without the worry of being covered in dust...its just nice not have to change cloths every time I use it.Should strap, I used to find these things heavy but this fits well and its much easier to use than others I have had as your shoulders take the weight.Access point - Previous leaf suckers I have had block up and trying to get a coat hanger or similar into the engine area to unblock it was hell. Well good news, this has never blocked up and even if it did its designed for easy access and if it ever blocked up then unblocking it would be no trouble.so 10/10 for design, 6/10 for battery life (even if it does come with the power of a small nuclear power station)

Don't buy this!
I have a Greenworks mower, strimmer and long-reach hedge cutter, all of which are good, so I expected this to work well. The blower is fine, but the vac is a bad joke. I'm amazed that the manufacturer is prepared to sully its reputation with such an awful device. It barely sucks even dry leaves, the tube clogs and the so-called mulcher doesn't really do anything at all. Don't waste your money.

Battery drains quickly
It's ok, the battery doesn't last very long at all, but it is quite effective while it's working. You need to have it on the highest setting for the vac, which in turn drains the battery very quickly. I've not tried the blower yet, as I feel that if I blow the leaves away the wind will only blow them back! But i guess it would be ok for blowing the grass from the path.

Just right for personal use
Lightweight and powerful bought as a replacement for one Iโd gad a number of years. Still great quality

Good but battery life is limited
We have a 100 foot garden. I used to have a blower / vac that was mains powered - heavy, the lead was a pain and the vacuum tube constantly blocked if you tried to pick up more than a few leaves at a time. The biggest plus with this is the lack of a cord. I can go anywhere with having to use an extension. The vacuum is great and can be controlled and the leaves shredded easily into the bag. The vacuum tube has not blocked once. Reasonably light to use as well but the bag gets heavy when approaching a third full. The downside is the battery life - on full vacuum, you've probably got 20 minutes of life in it. The recharge time isn't long at less than an hour but I would recommend getting a second battery despite the expense. This is a good product and despite the battery issue, pleased I bought it and would recommend for smaller gardens.
