Review: This is a great “glue” product that will bond instantaneously with UV light! - This Glue is easy to use and bonds (and hardens) instantly with the supplied UV light. I had a crack develop in the roof area around the sunroof in my car. It was about 2” long, very thin, and I needed to seal the crack so water did not come into the car interior. I cleaned the area with alcohol, squeezed the glue into the crack and then cured it with the UV light. I was able to use a razor blade to scrape off the excess glue after it hardened. You can barely see the crack now. This product is supposed to be waterproof after it is cured and it did exactly the job I was hoping it would do. The cost to fix this at a body shop was $1,500 in order to replace the roof panel. I think this is a great product that I would highly recommend!

- Note 1:The surface is first sanded dusted, degreased, and dried when in use to create a rough surface for best adhesion, and enough space between the two pieces for the UV rays to reach all the adhesives, if the UV rays cannot reach the adhesive The mixture will affect the final bonding effect.
- Note 2:UV bonding glue is recommended to cure under UV light (slow cure in sunlight). A 220-260nm light source aids in surface curing. **Q: After opening how do you keep it from getting hard?**
A: This glue should not harden unless it is exposed to light that has some UV. The Sun will quickly harden this glue. I keep my glue in a dark drawer. I open it in subdue light also.

**Q: What type of battery do I need**
A: It takes three triple AAA’s. I absolutely love this welding glue and light. It works great fixing jewelry to broken plastic parts on just about anything.

**Q: Will this work on metal or plastic for welding and how well will it bond to metal and plastic？**
A: I use this stuff every week on just about anything - mostly plastics on drones. Two important notes though: won't work for long on smooth surfaces (I always rough up or lightly sand pieces) and it works best when used in layers. Sers up slightly softer than bondic but works exactly the same plus I like that they give you both thick and thin. Can't beat the price either.

**Q: Is this glue transparent? Does it produce a yellowish or cloudy effect after curing?**
A: Yes, this UV glue is transparent when fully cured. It dries to a crystal-clear finish, which is perfect for applications where aesthetics matter. I haven't experienced any yellowing or cloudiness after it cures, so you can trust that your projects will maintain their clarity and professional look.

The light I don't even think works for the glue bought with. It dried with blowing on it and not the light. It had no effect. The glue is not even sticking to anything but paper.

I had an older iPhone with a moderately broken screen. It wasn't worth the cost to repair, but It still worked fine. I applied this product on the screen and then floated a glass screen protector on it. I exposed It to sunlight and poof! The adhesive was cured. It had filled in the cracks making them nearly invisible and the surface was smooth and firm to the touch. One drawback was I let some of the adhesive get into the speaker opening which make it difficult to hear, but it's fine with Bluetooth headphones. I'm still using it as a dashcam. Awesome stuff!
