My favorite go to when pain won’t let up! It stays in place too! It’s a saver bigtime! Unlike the “pas” on the market it doesn’t do the job and slips off very soon

I order these every couple of weeks. I have a lot of back and neck problems and usually find these sort of patches useless- but I’ve ordered these particular ones six times so far and will continue to use them. I cut each patch in half and find that they last a day. If I do that I can get each box to last about 7 days and then move on to the next box. It has a nice noticeable cooling feeling which helps me take my mind off of the pain. I recently bought it in spray version which was terrible by comparison. I’ve also tried the cream which was equally as bad. Highly recommend if you like a nice intense cooling feeling.

Still trying to recover from 8 vertabres, last one in Nov 24. The patches work well, but dont seem to last as long. Rather pricey, but after buying other brands, these areso much better. The off brands tnd to stick to the patch and was pre heck trying to separate it. They send to be effective for about 4-5 hours tending on how activ you are
