Opened the package and saw how small it was and thought I got the wrong part. I followed prusa's thermistor replacement procedure and was printing sooner than expected. Thermal camera shows it's a few degrees colder than it reads (but with stainless steel nozzles the temp needs to be bumped up a little bit anyway) I am most pleased that it no longer reads a hundred degrees cooler than it is (replaced the old one after it tried to catch fire... Poor print quality and extra stink should have been a warning, but it wasn't until the printer complained that it couldn't get hot enough that I realized the part was bad.)

The diameter of the heater did not slip into the opening in the heat block. I had to do some sanding to make it work. Honettly their tolerances could be better controlled.
