We bought our first one of these two years ago for a trip to Myrtle Beach, and this year we ordered a second so we could each have our own. They’re fantastic for lounging on the beach. They’ve also found a second life during the summer—we throw them over our car seats so our leather seats don’t scorch our cheeks when we get in. The material is incredibly soft, lightweight, and dries surprisingly fast. What impressed me most is the durability. Our original towel has been through plenty of beach trips and washes over the last two years, and it still looks nearly identical to the brand-new one we just received. The price is another huge plus. You’ll see name-brand versions of these selling for $40–$45 per towel, but this one does the job just as well for a fraction of the cost. At the end of the day, you’re lying in the sand and drying off after a swim—you don’t need to spend a fortune to just to dry off.
