Hi, The weight and dimensions of your speaker are within the compatible range. But as the mounting holes of q acoustics 2010i on the bottom are not matched with our speaker stand, you need to drill new holes on the bottom of your speaker before attaching the speaker to the speaker stand.

Is it suitable for Sonos Era 100 ?

No because the Sonos don’t have a hole at the back for the mounting screw. Sonos have their own stands which you can get on Amazon. And round speakers wouldn’t look good on a square stand base. Would look weird to be honest.
