No warranty and keyboard out of order after 6 months
Very disappointed as there is no warranty at all for laptop that costs $1000

Good for Email and Video Calls but That's About It
After much research, I chose this computer because it was compatible with my current Acer w/Windows OS. Oof. It's dreadfully slow, and if you have more than two browsers open, there's a major lag. Although I use Google Workspace products, I didn't realize this laptop is completely cloud-based. No storage anywhere so it's hard to stay organized if you're used to folders. It also doesn't work with a lot of the software I use (Adobe Audition for example). The only good thing about it is the giant screen and a high quality camera for video meetings. Might work well if you want something lightweight to check in with work while on-the-go, but it's not even fast enough for browsing and researching. I would return it if I could.
